Fly away

The Last few days we've been spending time in the Adventure playground battling the wind while playing. So we decided to embrace the wind and pull out our parachute. That's when the fun began.
The children had to use teamwork and problem solving to get the parachute to catch the wind without taking the children for a ride.

The children worked on timing. Getting the parachute at the right height in the air so they could run under and use the dome as their home.

Some children found out that if they didn't hold on tight enough the strong wind would take the parachute.
