Outdoor Week (day #2)

Day 2 in our outdoor classroom: 

The children started there day outside exploring nature. Some went caterpillar hunting, while others dug in the sand box. 

 

Below are some pictures to show what we have been up too:

    "I'm going to mix in the flour for our muffins"

We enjoyed our lunch on the deck

The children enjoyed being free with nature and the outdoors. They used their imaginations to extend their play. Some children thought it was pretty cool we had a "sleep over outside". 

I'm sure by the end of the week the children will be exhausted from all the play and fresh air.
