One potato, Two potato, Three potato, Four!

Today, our group harvested some of the potatoes that we have been growing throughout the summer.

"WOAH! That's a big one!"

We found potatoes of all different sizes, some baby-size, some small, and some that were huge!

"This one is just a little smaller."

As we harvested, our older friends helped some of the younger ones find and pull the potatoes out of the soil.
"Here, let me help you."

In general, our friends showed great teamwork in helping each other get the potatoes out of the soil, patience as they all waited their respective turns to dig, kindness for sharing the gardening tools we used and responsibility as we not only harvested the potatoes, but washed them and all of the tools we used to garden.

"We need to wash them before we use them to cook!"

After we harvested, we washed all of the potatoes together so we could use them to cook. We were thinking of baking them and making homemade French fries!
"The end result."

All in all, it was a very successful harvest! :)
